What will you do
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and plans (Sales Commodities Department).
- Source, identify, and engage with candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, web sourcing, employee referral,...
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, offer development, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for Sales positions.
- Utilise data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
- Participate in recruitment branding activities on social platforms.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Lead.

Background Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant majors.
- 1 year of experience in mass recruitment (sales) for Finance, Trading, Stock market.
- Knowledge of the internal recruitment process.
- Skilled in leveraging various sourcing methods and recruitment platforms.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
